CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  I understand life can be unpredictable and emergencies happen, first cancellation service fee will be waived.  Cancellations going forward will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the service provided or cancel.  In which case a charge of 50% of the service fee will apply.
